Diabetics have excess amount of sugar or glucose in their system. A diabetic may react differently when their sugar level rises rapidly or drops drastically. Meals should be cut in 6 small meals a day, making sure that each meal is just enough for the body to burn the excess amount of glucose that it produces after each meal.
