Losing weight is not easy and maintaining a healthy weight can be hard enough as is requires dedication, motivation and hard work. It also decreases the chance of developing serious health risks such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc. Always include in your diet good selections of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and low fat dairy. 5. Get Good Sleep. An average of five to nine hours of good sleep at night is essential. When we get good sleep it is more likely that our bodies don’t burn out through constant wear and tear. A good rest on a regular basis will keep us going on every tasks we do everyday. Adequate amount of sleep in general improves the quality of life.
