Raw Food Diet 101
The principle behind the popular Raw Food Diet is mostly to eat plants foods that are unprocessed and are not cooked. It is gaining a following because of it’s effective and “green†approach to dieting. This approach to dieting is also known as “raw foodism†or “rawism†and practitioners are sometimes referred to as “raw vegansâ€. The foods allowed for consumption under this routine would include (but are not limited to): any types of fruits, sprouts, veggies, nuts, sprouts, seeds, eggs, yogurt, and milk.
